our company and our attitude the more you will want to work with us. In
this section of our site you will be able to learn about our commitment
to you and how we endower to make sure that you are satisfied with our
service and product.
Custom designs/ Special requirements
Need customized IT or navigation products. If so let us know. Custom orders
are our specialty! We'll do our best to make it or source it for you.
Our service will save you valuable time.
Minimum Orders Quantity
We don't believe in minimums. If you need it, we'll ship it to you. We
appreciate all of your business, even the nickel and dime stuff.
Returns
Ordered the wrong stuff? No problem, Full credit is given for undamaged,
unused items. Conditions apply in case of custom orders and software products.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Courier and Prepaid Truck Shipments:
Check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages must be noted on
packing slip and Bill of Lading. All shipping discrepancies must be reported
to Aerocar within 14 days of receipt of your order. Keep all
damaged goods for inspection.
Truck or Expedited Freight (when you select
the carrier):
Check your order immediately upon receipt. All damages must be noted on
packing slip and Bill of Lading. All shipping damages, discrepancies,
and shortages must be reported to the carrier you selected within 7 days
of receipt of your order. Keep all damaged containers and goods for your
carrier to inspect. File your claim with your carrier for the damages
at that time.
